Starting January 2022, we are implementing new processes in order to serve our clients in the best way possible! We will no longer be able to meet with clients who cannot complete our CISF (Client Information Smart Form) prior to the appointment time. The purpose of this form is for us to be able to evaluate your portfolio in regard to your risk specifications and make adjustments if needed, to meet compliance requirements, and it is also for documentation purposes. Thank you for your cooperation.
